A Shift in the Perspective on Success
When I was younger, I believed that success simply meant making a lot of money. In fact, one of the main reasons I became interested in entrepreneurship was because I wanted financial success.
However, my perspective gradually changed. The more I focused only on money, the harder it became to enjoy the process, grow naturally, or stay connected to my long-term vision. I eventually realized that constantly chasing results made me more stressed and emotionally dependent on outcomes.
These days, I try to focus more on enjoying the process itself rather than obsessing over success or failure. Ironically, I’ve found that I perform better when I genuinely enjoy what I’m doing.
Of course, money is still important to me. However, I now believe that sustainable motivation comes from growth, curiosity, and consistency rather than external results alone.
