Constantly Challenging Myself to Nudge the World 0.1° in a Positive Direction.
Hello, I am Daino, an Builder who defines problems and experiments with solutions. I focus on the "Value" technology creates rather than the technology itself. I feel the greatest happiness when something I’ve built touches someone's life and provides real help.
I didn't start software development simply because I loved coding. I chose this path because software was the fastest and most versatile tool to turn the ideas in my head into reality and create value.
To me, development is "a language to efficiently deliver necessary value to the world." Therefore, rather than obsessing over the technical complexity of a feature, I obsess over the fundamental question: "Is this truly needed by the user?"
In my previous role as an AI Agent Builder, I experienced the process of planning and developing End-to-End features and PoCs (Proof of Concepts). While I enjoyed the challenge of learning new things to overcome technical blockers, I found more clarity and joy in agonizing over the question of "What to build."
With the arrival of the AI era, the barrier to technology has lowered. I am convinced that "defining the right problem is now far more critical than how to solve it." This is why I aim to be an AI Product Owner and Founder who explores and defines the right problems, going beyond the role of an engineer who simply implements them.
In the past, even with good ideas, I faced limitations in building A-to-Z products alone due to a lack of design and marketing skills. I also struggled to improve because I couldn't clearly identify the reasons for a project's success or failure.
But now, it is different.
AI Leverage: I use various AI tools to bridge those gaps. AI is a precious partner that allows me to move faster and broader, enabling me to experiment with higher-quality products in less time.
Scientific Experimentation: Inspired by the book The Right It, I treat Pretotyping and XYZ Hypothesis Testing as mandatory steps before diving into full-scale development. Instead of vague guessing, I systematically find what the market actually wants ("The Right It").
For a startup, speed is the only weapon to compete against giants. I use an AI-First strategy and rapid execution to find certain answers in an uncertain market.
Currently, I am building an OS that innovates the entire workflow of content generation using AI, redefining the very nature of creation.
My purpose is simple: to save users time and energy. I hope that the time saved by my technology will be spent on what truly matters in "Real Life"—family, friends, and themselves. If I can shift the world even 0.1 degrees in a positive direction through my work, I will never stop this journey of challenge.
In an era of information overload, books—refined by authors over long periods—are the most efficient teachers. I also love gaining insights through conversations with people and learning through the experiences I face directly.
My growth is driven by this cycle: "Direct Experience > Conversations (Indirect/Direct) > Books (Indirect Experience)"
I cherish all forms of learning to build better solutions today than I did yesterday.
